Opposite conclusions can be reached from the exact facts depending on the perspective from which they are viewed. If a lady lost her purse in a grocery store, and a surveillance camera taken from the sideview showed a man with a purse in his hand walking towards the sliding-glass exit doors, you’d think he was a thief. If you looked at the same thing from a different camera positioned in the ceiling behind him, you’d see the man was walking to the information desk to turn the purse in to lost and found. He was a Good Samaritan, not a thief. The facts didn’t change, only the perspective. We can’t change the facts, but we dang sure can change the perspective. That’s way I say, we don’t make the facts, we make the difference.
