Which are the challenges an HRBP should focus nowadays? In my beliefs, managing the remote, hybrid and in-office work debate is one of the most important challenges, however I believe a tradicional-based environment is important to build effective relationships, team spirit, and team work collaboration, but remote work may help in our work life balance. In Stellantis we have NEA (new era agility), which means we are allowed to do both, we can connect with our teams, facilities, and also working from home when is need to. 1moI agree. Besides, create a virtual culture, in my opinion, is the last frontier to conquer, to reach the full remote employees and get them into the company culture.
