Company values - just an unreal wish? 🎆   I have never worked in a company where the set values were as actively lived as we do it here at HUGO BOSS.   This is also why I never believed in company values before - I simply thought this was just a wish, a goal for the distant future or something that is said to sell oneself better 🙊   At HUGO BOSS, our values are daily reality.   We´re offered workshops & have different events to maintain & uphold them (& literally have them visualized all around our campus 😋)   Since I really believe in those values, I´m happy to actively contribute to them, e.g. while implementing our new Active Sourcing process:   Testing & integrating new state-of-the-art sourcing tools to find out what works best for us → 𝗘𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘂𝗿𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝗽𝗶𝗿𝗶𝘁   Taking responsibility & care of problems we´re facing during the implementation → 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗢𝘄𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽   Working closely & respectfully together with the team on a daily basis to achieve our goals → 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝗠𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆   Making sure our process is simple & efficient to add value with the new process → 𝗦𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗶𝘁𝘆   Making sure our candidates have the best possible candidate journey & continously improve it → 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆   Staying curious during the process & being open for something new, e.g. the integration of AI → 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗵𝗳𝘂𝗹 𝗦𝗽𝗶𝗿𝗶𝘁   What do you think about company values? 🤔   #insideHUGOBOSS #companyvalues #wishVSreality #ActiveSourcing

It’s actually the exact building I am sitting in. As I walk in I often think about how personal and professional values (should) match.   In an ideal world, values provide #orientation, determine, what’s important or what’s not and therefore should also create #culture and have a positive effect on trust and motivation. 🗺💯🙌 The alignment between personal and professional values is a hot topic and I wish everyone an environment where personal and professional values match more than they differ (and differentiation is totally fine up to a certain point!).   It’s definitely not enough to hang values on a building, you need to live them on your own terms. 👑Product is king 👑 I am totally agree with this concept, i beleive the more you improve and pay attention to each single element in your product the more you get out of it . “Practice makes perfect” , as long as you work fail and learn new lessons , there is continuous improvement in your experience and understanding of your product ,which will reflected in a positive impact in your future products

I'm amazed it's Friday already and #ramadan is almost over, wow! but I'm thrilled I get to share the *behind the scenes* at Manifest: The Future of Supply Chain & Logistics programming for the week April 1 - April 5! The trend for this week, as it is practically every week for me, revolves around MORE shipper conversations. I feel incredibly fortunate to have engaged with leaders from Nike, Honeywell, Staples, Google, Microsoft, Caraway Home Mattel, Inc., Thistle, Nordstrom, Grady Health System, ZF Group, Move For Hunger, Pangaea, among others! Here are some of the takeaways: In the age of #GenAI and #digitaltools, ensuring #data security and gaining control of your data will be key! As crucial as technology is, shippers are mindful of the risks that come with them! The key is to translate technology into practical tools from concept to application. We're thankful that several #supplychain leaders are eager to share case studies at Manifest next year, to delve into how they are prioritizing capabilities, assessing AI, applying learnings from #data and #visibility, aligning #sustainability with supply chain, and various other critical areas! On the #procurement, #sourcing and #sustainability front, shippers are intentional about prioritizing cross-industry collaborations because it will help us tackle systemic challenges together.
