The best thing about working with a structural engineer is getting peace of mind. But there are a few other things that come along with it. Like knowing about any major changes you need to make to the project. And getting a clear picture of the costs.

Structural engineers often ask how close to a structure we can install a pile. The short answer is 'it depends' but the correct response is 'how close do you need it?'. In the design-assist phase of a project we're able to rout out these issues and ink the solutions on the permit set of drawings and reduce any number of RFI's needed in the field.
