Small PE board meeting habits that can pay BIG dividends: 1. Be clear on what needs decision/input ahead of time 2. Align w/ CEO on agenda ahead of time, and share your top questions/topics 3. Review materials ahead of time to minimize the need for a read-out 4. Spend 80% of the time discussing the Top 3 biggest issues/challenges/opportunities 5. Love this list, Dan! 👏 One thing I've seen work wonders is adding a 'no-judgment' brainstorming session at the end. It's amazing what creative strategies come out when people aren't afraid to throw out bold ideas. Plus, it's a great way to keep the energy up and end on an inspiring note!
