Best in class is in the details. 💫 If I had a dollar for every time I read the phrase "best in class" or "world-class" within corporate marketing copy...I could probably buy a seat in Taylor's luxury box at the Super Bowl. 🏈 🏆 But what do these phrases even mean? At New Park Creative, we live our values in all that we do, and they serve as our ultimate strategic decision-making criteria. Yes, we stack everything we do against who we are and want to be. My favorite of our values is "surprise and delight." Delighting the customer is the outcome of building a best-in-class team and offering. It's about the details represented in the hundreds of small choices we make to do the right thing, especially when nobody is looking. We don't foster a performance culture driven by team members' competition. We show up to outperform our personal best—an approach that results in better communication, cross-functional collaboration, and supercharged client strategy. Excellent client relationships make my job a joy. I have been looking through some photos and found this visit to a Carters store with the Enlighten Designs team and reminded reminded me why aligned values are a critical part of excellent partnerships in technology solutions. At Enlighten Designs, we cherish Learning, Integrity, Creativity, Fun, and Connectedness. Our engagement with CARTERS has shown that Carters mirrors this ethos with their pragmatic approach, rich expertise, and a vibrant 'can-do' spirit that makes collaboration not just productive but also enjoyable. And in the remote world we keep an open-door policy via a persistent Teams Meeting where our friends from Carters can drop in anytime, a seamless and dynamic exchange.
