I'm an AI enthusiast. I have several quantized LLMs on my personal hardware, and watch for releases from all of the labs. Claude 3.5 is absolutely game changing in terms of coding capabilities. I sat down last night with Claude 3.5 Sonet from Anthropic, and by the end of the night I had a completely functioning app built in docker. Claude did all the leg work. I suck at coding. I'll talk about and show off the app later, but this is a game changing model, with game changing tools. It previews the code it's written with you, as you write it. Using it's API is cheap, and affords an enormous context window. Here's the demo from Anthropic. And unlike the demos from OpenAI and Google, these features exist as at today for all users. For free. No 'in the coming weeks...' style announcements here. They understand the use case for AI. An assistant that makes you awesome at anything you put your mind to. Here’s a simple test I’ve recently done for a client who is curating a museum exhibition. While the tech isn't new—many AI enthusiasts know how Midjourney creates characters from references and how Eleven Labs generates voiceovers—I’m sharing this because I’m still amazed at how effortlessly I can manipulate my own voice. Yes this is me speaking using eleven labs׳ voice change function! 😹 I sound like a completely different person, which means I can easily dub multiple characters. This might spark something entirely new and unexpected in my future creations. Here’s hoping that it will! #ElevenLabs #Midjourney #GenerativeAI
