AI Assessments, AI Washing, and more! I had the incredible opportunity to present at the IIA Congress 2024 on Thursday (AFAS Theater), where I delved into the fascinating world of artificial intelligence assessments. Here are some highlights from my talk: AI Assessments: We explored why we need them, how to perform them and what skills you need to execute them. AI Washing: Beware of “AI washing”! It’s essential to distinguish between genuine AI applications and mere marketing hype. As well the trend of training the new LLMs on specific exams versus the real world use cases. AI (Multi) Agents: I discussed the role of AI agents that will be used in business processes. These agents will shape our digital landscape. AI Act and AI Treaty: We dove into legal frameworks for AI, especially regarding the conformity and AI assessments. Fundamental Rights Assessments: As AI becomes more pervasive, we must ensure it aligns with human rights. We discussed the link to the EU Charter of Fundamental Rights, see website FRA: https://lnkd.in/ehwQx_Ww. I want to special thanks Paul van der Zwan Danny Francken MA, Peter Hartog and Jeroen Van Tol (and off course the rest of the IIA staff😃). #IIACongres2024 #IIA #AI #assessments #biases #Ethics #DigitalTransformation #llm #aiwashing #fra #ripdad Ps. Luckily during the presentation there were more people in the room than on the photo 😂 . For privacy reasons this is much easier to post 😉
It was a great presentation and a good overview of all that is going on in the AI regulatory area. Thanks !
Wonderful! Congratulations!
Great talk, Damian! There were indeed a lot more people in the room 😂
