There are few founders that exemplify hustle and determination like Dalton Fouts, founder of ReturnKey, who I am incredibly excited to join in a fireside chat at our next Founder Friends event in Jakarta on July 24th! Dalton grew up in Nashville, Tennessee where he worked his way through college, starting out as a package handler at UPS, eventually working his way up through successive logistics positions prior to graduating from the University of Miami. This gave Dalton early insights that would eventually guide his vision when creating and building ReturnKey. After graduating, Dalton moved to Indonesia as a Fulbright Fellow before joining Ninja Van in 2016, where he scaled the company’s growth function. As the company grew, Dalton noticed that the business radically changed every time it grew 3x, and that as the business grew, returns became a driver of delivery world class customer experiences. These experiences provided unique insights and perspectives that guided Dalton’s decision making and vision when creating and building ReturnKey, and I can’t wait to hear all about it!
