For us at Priorify®️, some of our 'giants' include our previous partners, Jon Stephens and Bryant Stringham, Ph.D., who ran Priorify's predecessor, Priority Systems, from the 1970s-2010s. Jon and Bryant recognized that organizations were going about their biggest problems in the wrong way - whether that was making impulse decisions out of good faith, or getting advice from a 3rd party, too often organizations were failing to make real progress on their goals. With backgrounds in secondary education, mathematics, and advanced statistical techniques used in loss prevention and reliability, Jon and Bryant knew that they could build a tool where leaders could both discover the right solutions for lasting success and unify their organization around common goals. That tool - still in use today at Priorify®️ - is known as a PriorityPath® project. Using a PriorityPath® project, Jon and Bryant showed leaders how they could fully prioritize and implement the intelligence of their stakeholders. Their approach worked, and was validated time and time again after helping hundreds organizations find immense success all over the world. As great as their accomplishments were, they are even greater men who lift, inspire, and empower those around them. Our current Managing Partner, Shandon D. Gubler, Ph.D., was one of those who greatly benefitted from their examples. Shandon completed projects alongside these 'giants' from the late 80s to early 2000s. Today, Shandon and his son, Nicholas B. Gubler, MS, seek to follow in their footsteps.
