Worried about the carbon emissions of diamond mining? So are we. This is why Dimexon has pledged to become carbon neutral by 2030. And we are not the only diamond business making changes. The latest report from the Natural Diamond Council outlines how its members are committed to reducing and offsetting emissions, and are involved in radical programmes to sequester carbon using kimberlite. Our mining partners De Beers Group and Rio Tinto are also seeking to reduce emissions. By 2030 De Beers will be carbon neutral and Rio Tinto will have reduced its GHG emissions by 50%.
