I’d like to thank Claire Martell for helping Xantrion hire its first Accounting Manager! One of my favorite things about working with Claire and her team was their ability to understand our cultural and candidate requirements. As a result, they quickly found several people who could meet our needs. Now that our Accounting Manager has been with us for over a year, the value of Claire’s recruiting expertise is coming to light. Our manager implemented a new inventory management system, reduced accounts receivable significantly, recovered nearly 100,000 dollars in historic billing errors, as well as hired a Purchasing Specialist who has improved efficiency through automation and arranged for increased discounts from vendors. This year our manager will be focused on reducing the cost and increasing the value of benefits. Without Claire’s input and ability to engage high-quality accounting candidates, we would never have found our Accounting Manager, and our accounting processes, systems and team wouldn’t be where they are in such short order.
