The #InterGenic project is making progress as it continues its activities. Yesterday, the consortium met again after successfully completing all the workshops planned for the first phase. In total, 14 workshops were held—7 with young people and 7 with older adults. The participation was impressive, with over 150 individuals taking part, highlighting the importance of the twin transitions in Europe. With this significant milestone achieved, the project now enters into the next phase of collecting and analyzing all the gathered information. This data will form the foundation for developing a comprehensive training package following a co-creation methodology. The goal is to equip participants with the necessary skills to serve as intergenerational mentors, fostering connections and learning between different age groups. The consortium is excited about this next step, as it marks a pivotal moment in ensuring that both young and senior participants are well-prepared to engage in meaningful mentorship roles. This effort underscores the project's commitment to creating a supportive and collaborative environment where knowledge and experiences are shared across generations. Stay tuned as the InterGenic project continues to bridge the gap between generations, fostering mutual growth and understanding. #InterGenicProject #IntergenerationalMentoring #DigitalSkills #SustainablePractices #YouthEmpowerment #SeniorEngagement #TwinTransitions #CommunityBuilding #EuropeInitiative #LifelongLearning #Collaboration #Innovation Universitat Jaume I INIT-UJI UoL Research Center University of Limassol Innovation Education Lab Eurospeak Erasmus Projects Materia Group InterAktion - Verein für ein interkulturelles Zusammenleben Center for Sustainable Entrepreneurship Odisee

What makes a webinar interesting and how can it deliver significant messages to the audience? The first 'ingredient' is a strategic alliance of experts designing new education elements, experimenting with #interuniversity micro-courses to enable a more flexible environment for #European students. We, #PORTFOLIO Erasmus+ project partners, are always ready to share our achievements, difficulties, and challenges, besides being open to learning from fellow professionals from other institutions and alliances. The second 'ingredient' is to invite great keynote speakers who share a similar passion for the development of inter-university education, and the online, blended, and hybrid methods that enhance the collaborative learning of internationally distributed student groups. Mikko Rönkkö with his talk about the typical challenges in becoming an online/blended teacher and Marta Turcsanyi-Szabo's presentation about the experiences of #CHARMEU Alliance to enable joint education of partner universities were not only great but boosted thought exchange on the current and coming challenges we aim to embrace. The third 'ingredient' is to have a takeaway: beyond the shared passion for education development, our common goal is to enable value creation in 'intercultural togetherness'. Stay tuned, our best events in #PORTFOLIO are yet to come! #interconnectededucation #entrepreneurshipeducation Aalto University Université de Rennes Eötvös Loránd University Faculty of Informatics ELTE IK Universidad Politécnica de Madrid Università di Trento https://lnkd.in/dmUR43M6

💡 In TEAMIT+ project we aim to change the pedagogical model on entrepreneurship and innovation education. 📌 The objective of the TEAMIT+ project is to develop a training program applying an innovative teampreneurship pedagogical methodology based on the “learning by creating” approach. Behind this methodology is learning by doing and team learning methods. These learning methods are widely used in Tiimiakatemia, Finland. 🤝 Today we had a dialogue session with Tiimiakatemia´s teampreneurs about team learning – why we use it, what it is in practice, how does it work and what kind of learning tools we have. We understood that team learning is much faster and efficient. Team learning makes it possible to combine different perspectives and experiences. Each team member has their own strengths, knowledge and skills that can complement each other. It gives us a great opportunity to implement each one teach one mindset. Team learning is also fun! #education #sustainability #entrepreneurship ESTIA Institute of technology JAMK University of Applied Sciences Initiative Développement - ONG Diversity4Equality CluBE-Cluster of Bioeconomy and Environment of Western Macedonia Universidad Pública de Navarra Mondragon Unibertsitatea Mondragon Team Academy - MTA World KONFEKOOP Confederación de Cooperativas de Euskadi Kaya Impacto Tiimiakatemia KEK ORAMA

ECECE News 11th July 2024 Erasmus+ Promoting Circular Economy Thinking and Opportunities among NEETs and low-skills adults 2022- 1-ES01-KA220-ADU-000086651 Today, the consortium partners of the Erasmus+ project "Promoting Circular Economy Thinking and Opportunities among NEETs and low-skilled adults" gathered to present the new online courses hosted on our Moodle platform. The circular economy involves creating markets that provide incentives to reuse products instead of discarding them and extracting new resources. This project brings together organizations from Spain, Romania, Austria, Greece, and Italy, working collaboratively to empower NEETs (young people not in education, employment, or training) and low-skilled adults. Our goal is to equip them with the essential skills and tools needed to harness the potential of the circular economy, thus easing their entry into the labor market and contributing to a fairer and more sustainable economy. ✨ VIDEO ON COMMUNIVERSITY: A UNIVERSITY MODEL OF SUSTAINABILITY ✨ We are thrilled to share our latest video production, on Communiversity, which delves into the crucial role of universities in addressing local and global sustainability challenges. The video can be watched here: https://lnkd.in/gygKez4a The concept and system itself are developed by the Communiversity Appraisal System Task Force which comprises several Malaysian universities, chaired by Emeritus Professor Tan Sri Dato' Dzulkifli Abdul Razak, with support from the Ministry of Higher Education Malaysia. The video highlights the following: 🔍 Unveiling Challenges: In a time of unprecedented crises, we explore the current purpose of education and its role in tackling social, economic, and environmental issues. 📉 Rethinking Rankings: Traditional university rankings fall short in capturing the broader purpose of education, particularly in the realm of sustainability. The video highlights the perverse incentives of current metrics, presents thought-provoking insights from experts, and emphasises the need for a flexible approach to education. 🔄 Communiversity: Introducing the concept as the paradigm shift needed in education, the video presents five fundamental pillars of the university appraisal system, aiming to truly reflect the essence of universities and our impact on society: 1. Community Transformation and Leadership 2. Institutional Collaboration 3. Responsible Research and Innovation 4. Integration of Knowledge 5. Sustainable Entrepreneurship 💡 Join us in reshaping the future! Watch the video, share your thoughts, and let us champion a new era of higher education that prioritises holistic development and approach. #Communiversity #UniversityRanking #Sustainability #HigherEducation #SystemicChange
