Director of Operations | Technical Writer | Business Development at J&J Worldwide Services | Brooke Army Medical Center Ft. Sam Houston, TX

It was a good day! But also a sad day. Central Energy Plant Manager Mr. Manfred “Fred” Wilson’s (4th from the left) last day at Brooke Army Medical Center (BAMC) after 16 years of dedicated service at this hallowed institution for J&J Worldwide Services ! This man is a U.S. Navy veteran (25 years) and I will miss him, his mentorship, leadership and guidance. I was fortunate to see the day to day operations at “HIS” Central Energy Plant at BAMC for over 10 years. ❤️He ran a tight ship and once explained to me the CEP or CUP is a ship 🛳️ on land. Seemed like he was always at BAMC and he made his work look to easy. I’m lucky to work for and with the military and it is a privilege and an honor. I’ve met some special people at Brooke Army Medical Center! Godspeed ManFred in retirement you are 1 in 10,000,000!!!!Thank you for your service to our country. 🇺🇸 Thank you for teaching my colleagues and me. I’m eternally grateful! 😢
