I'm done with Recruitment.   Just kidding… but I'm sure most consultants in the industry have hit that wall. I know I did!   But why?   ⏰ As an industry, we still have a stigma of long hours, no flexibility, and being office-based 🎢In Ronan Keating's words, "Life is a rollercoaster", well so is recruitment! 🎪It’s hard, we are always spinning lots of plates to make sure both our clients and candidates have the best experience 📵Sales calls… It’s a sales role and this is a huge part of what we do but doesn’t mean we always love doing it   Let's be honest, I have made the move out of 360 recruitment, but I couldn’t fully let go of agency life.   CSG Talent is one of the agencies that are making the right moves and decisions to change the narrative. Whether that is to take an extended lunch break to go to the gym or to work from home because your car is in for its MOT. 4.5 day working week - finishing at 12.30 pm on a Friday to start your weekend early and to give you a guarantee to make plans!
