This week I had the pleasure of attending a huge Las Vegas event. Keller Williams presents their annual convention for all their agents, International and Domestic, and calls it Family Reunion. I have become a part of this family, going on 4 years now, and they have graciously adopted me with generosity, support and a kind of love (there is really no other word) that is hard to describe. It is a culture of giving and gratitude, education and respect for each other. I am a small business owner amongst other business owners. This years ReUnion offered all of us the opportunity to see and learn from, Gary Keller and his leadership team, Tony Robbins, Mel Robbins and so much more. Networking with the family, Masterminds, celebration, focusing on each of our potential. Great business culture is an alchemy that few companies have, whatever the secret to it is, KW has it. Some may call it “the Kool-aide”, but think what you will, it is a magic to be respected! It also felt good to be on the other side of an Event, that is, as an attendee. Knowing what it takes to produce an impactful event that takes months of planning. It was impressive that they even honored the entire event staff at one point. Made me feel good on so many levels. Bravo and Thank You KW!😎👍

Been a while since I’ve been to The Strip. It’s Time! …

Soon after Gary Keller formed his company, he realized that he needed to encompass ideas and enterprises that would nurture and sustain it as it grew. Among many of the unique and proactive initiatives is the Agent Leasership Council. Each Market Center has an ALC and I have been proud to serve this year with and for my associates in the Hudson Valley North MC. Now I am pleased to have been appoints to join the greater Regional ALC which represents the entire tri-state KW region. Great culture, generous associates and endless support reinforce my decision to become part of the KW family! Interested in learning more about the KW secret sauce! Give me a shout! Onward!
