To grow as a leader, beyond my role on the Property Accounting team, I worked with some amazing women leaders to found our Women@CubeSmart Committee, I was asked to develop and led a training session on building good habits for our corporate teammates, and I’ve had opportunities to present to our District Managers at our Annual Operations Meeting. Those opportunities, and what I learned from them, prepared me for my promotion to Manager of Property Accounting. Happy #NationalBestFriendDay! A few of our teammates recently stole an idea from #TaylorSwift to show that friendship and working at CubeSmart go hand-in-hand. Not only do we share bracelets, but we recently learned through our engagement survey (thanks Gallup) that more than 70% of our teammates have a best friend at work. That's something to be #CubeSmartProud of!

Over the weekend we had a ton of fun sponsoring and participating in Main Line Animal Rescue (MLAR)'s Tails and Trails event. CubeSmart teammates, families, and pups came together to support the cause and one of our own (Peter Epright, CPA) even took home first place in the 5k. #WorkFamily #Charity #Teamwork #event

This week, our Charity Committee spent time at Good Samaritan Services, helping to clean and organize one of their transitional houses.
