3X Founder | 4X Father | Built two businesses to $220M+ in revenue | Sharing the life & business lessons I’ve learned so you can grow faster
95% of small businesses could increase their revenue overnight by doing three things: 1. A well-designed website. 2. Have scheduling or ordering on the site. 3. Call people back within 60 minutes of them reaching out. That's it. It takes less than one day to do. Revenue will grow. "Want to get rich? Find a business that's making good profits and still has a fax machine." - Nick Huber Two examples that recently drove me crazy: - Our dog groomer does a fantastic job. But he has no website, no way to book online, and every appointment requires us to text back and forth 5-7 times. - Window screen repair - Our local guy for fixing window screens does excellent work. But it takes me calling them 4-5 times to get a response. I can't view availability online, and it takes weeks to get an appointment. Both business owners provide excellent service. Neither of them makes it easy to book them. I finally told them to use these tools: - Website: Carrd (super easy), Squarespace (easy), or Webflow (advanced) - Booking/ordering: Carrd, Squarespace, and Webflow all have built-in tools for this. Or you can use Calendly. At Saucey we've helped hundreds of small business owners add an online channel. Guess what? Every single one of them grew their business.
