With our industry first EPA-registered botanical rodent deterrent, we did not just introduce a disruptive product, we provided open-source innovation and new scientific protocols so others could follow in our footsteps; most importantly, we sparked a movement towards a healthier planet and safer homes! The EarthKind approach has always been about more than just profits. It's about creating value for our employees, our customers, our suppliers, our investors, the insect kingdom. We've created meaningful jobs for differently-abled individuals, a new source of income for US farmers who grow our ingredients, plus forged partnerships with major retailers, all while prioritizing the well-being of our stakeholder ecosystems. Our commitment to kindness is evident in our ‘one pouch at a time,' impact thinking that’s empowered property caretakers to purchase 40+ million of our deterrent pouches, enticing P&G to jump into the category, and establish me as a leading voice in natural pest prevention, with my tips/advice reaching over half a billion people. This journey has not been without its challenges, yet this team's resilience and shared belief in our mission have made us ‘know’ that we’re unstoppable. We've seen firsthand how kindness can be a powerful force in business, leading to innovations that not only transform markets but also uplift communities and protect the environment. I especially like these: The (SBTi) approved targets include: - Reducing direct emissions from the company’s operations including corporate offices and fleet by more than 50% by 2030; - Substantially reducing indirect emissions by 2030, including engaging suppliers and reducing emissions from operations at client sites; and - Achieving net-zero value chain emissions by 2050, including an absolute emissions reduction of 90%.
