We received a grant from the Orange County Endowment Fund in partnership with the Rotary Club of Fullerton. This grant will support our Fatherhood Program, assisting fathers in building healthy, strong relationships with their children. We know that a child, who has a positive relationship with their father, is more likely to attend college, less likely to have a teen pregnancy or be incarcerated. On May 16, 2024, Crittenton Services for Children and Families co-presented with the Orange County Human Trafficking Task Force at the Orange County Department of Education Access School Conference, All Access In Service. The training presented was “The Human Trafficking of Minors As An Orange County Response.” Orange County educators were provided information on current data in reference to Human Trafficking in Orange County, who the victims are, trauma and vulnerability, ways to identify those being victimized, as well as practical, effective strategies and techniques that can be used to prevent the Human Trafficking of minors.
