Transcend creates a space for coaches to develop their own practice. There are organisations that train competency. There are organisations that train methodology. We train competency and we train methodology. But more importantly, we help the coach develop so that they can develop the practice that supports what they want to bring to the world through coaching so that they can have the impact through others that they really want to have as a coach. To understand more about the uniqueness of how we train coaches, watch the video below. Join our Certificate in Professional Coaching programme, accredited by the ICF and EMCC. Our unique approach combines world-class instruction, shared learning, and applied practice to foster your growth as a coach. Starting with a live session on May 29, 2024, you can choose to participate in a 3-day in-person training in Hong Kong from June 14-16, 2024, or opt for our fully online synchronous programme. At Transcend International - Coaching and Training, we blend ICF competencies and EMCC capability indicators with our own proven methodologies. Would like to add something to this .. in the video Craig speaks about our POV on coach training.. which is well grounded in our “practice based evidence” (our own extensive “on the field” experience) as well as in “evidence based practice” (standing on the shoulders of adult development science, neuroscience and leading adage cognitive behavioural science). We have also formed over the years a strong evidenced-based POV on the answer to these questions …. 1. Why do we do what we do? And 2. Why do we often not do that which is necessary so that we can be who we would love to be, and 3. What skills and capabilities can we build so we are more likely to be able to act in service of who we would like to be, in those “key moments of choice”. An understanding of this is a game changer for us, as coaches, for our clients, and for all those who are “in relationship with” us and our clients
