May is National Mental Health Awareness Month, a time to reflect on our collective mental well-being, engage openly in discussions about mental health, and strive to break down the stigmas that often surround these crucial issues. This month, we are reminded of the importance of community and the role each of us play in supporting one another. At our initiative, we're committed to promoting mental health awareness through storytelling. In 2021, we launched the Mental Health Storytelling Coalition, a partnership with more than 70 entities, aimed at enriching media portrayals of mental health. We also developed the Mental Health Media Guide (https://lnkd.in/dW-kVeBT), helping content creators to depict mental health issues accurately and empathetically.
