Thinking that a Public Adjuster is only for Residential? WRONG This client had been sitting in limbo for weeks. The insurer told@him the scene was locked down until liability could be determined and that it may take many months. They told him they would pay loss of business income towards the end of the claim. Imagine losing your only business and having a family to support and after paying for insurance all these years you're told you will have to figure out how to survive for 4-6 months. Luckily, he got in contact with The Claims Group and we were able to apply pressure 💪🏼 We negotiated 14K a month for loss of business income with a chunk up front and month to month after so that he could continue to support his family. He was also told he was only covered for a certain amount and his loss was going to exceed that. We were able to dig into the policy and discover that any property purchased within 90 days was open to a separate limit that increased coverage, ensuring that our client would not take a loss on this claim. You know who you are. There are agents, title companies, lenders, insurance brokers, warranty reps, and contractors in the real estate business who you can count on. Even if we go up against each other on a transaction, we do it with respect. We know what we're doing. We handle our business. We are responsive. We get back to you in a reasonable amount of time. We confirm receipt. We give you updates. We take the pressure off of you. And we do it with your best interest in mind. Despite the jokers and degenerates out there trying to tear you down, we push through the challenge and make it happen somehow, someway. Even if there is not resolution to the negotiation, we leave the table knowing we did everything we could and we move on with positivity. We are the people you need to work with...not your father's brother's nephew's cousin's former roommate who is a real estate agent. But because you can count on us to look out for you. Sometimes the best quote isn't good enough. Top CFO's I know deal with the agents they know will be successful in getting claims handled and make the decisions for them. Top CFO's need agents who take on responsibility of the entire insurance process. What good is it to have a best quote, but no support or leadership in getting claims handled, settled and paid as expected.
