Some people just don't understand the point of creating a buzz. More people doesn't mean more sales. More of the RIGHT people increases sales. That's why target marketing works.
I just left a place where its PR department claimed a PR campaign for one client reached a total audience of about 9.5 billion. This same place had people claiming identity verification first occurred 100s of thousands of years ago. When you see numbers like that, you have to shake your head and know that you will not be with that place very long.
