We were so lucky to have Chef Lorenzo Boni recently lead a cooking workshop for youth at Covenant House Toronto! The youth loved learning how to make delicious Italian dishes, and about the importance of safety when working in a kitchen, the benefits of teamwork and effective time management. All skills they’ll put to good use now and in their future paths. The group enjoyed making ‘Rigatoni alla Amatriciana’ and ‘Spaghetti aglio e olio with crispy panko’. The chef also showed the youth vegan and halal variations of the pasta dishes. Thank you, Chef Boni, for sharing your skills and knowledge with us! Have you tried pork cheeks before? Portugal is known for its delicious meats, especially pork. What’s the difference between the food cooked by mother and food cooked by professionals in the restaurant industry?? Why is that our mom’s food taste always better?? Why can’t restaurant food linger your tastebuds ?? “Because our moms put a secret ingredients into the food called “LOVE” and “GOODWILL” which is not there in restaurant food. A positive attitude within the kitchen, aids many dishes and preparations it gives enthusiasm and assists you and others within the kitchen or work area to expect the best. Having a positive attitude helps you cope more easily with the matters of life. It brings optimism into your life and work. I keep repeating this to my chefs always and I saw a remarkable change in the quality of the food. Chef can prepare two types of dishes: the first type requires one fruit and one vegetable, while the second type requires one vegetable and one fish. Chef currently has A fruits, B vegetables, and C fishes in his house. Can he prepare at least N dishes in total? For each test case, print "YES" if Chef can prepare at least N dishes, otherwise print "NO". Print the output without quotes.

Nor can they farm all of their own produce, meats, dairies etc. So they partner with elite purveyors who make it their beeswax to source only the finest. Think of yourself as an audiovisual chef. The tools that you use and and the quality of your source material matters. Think of your sound library as sonic ingredients. Will your audience be able to taste the difference? What about your client? That's a risk you willingly take when you settle for sounds that are just "good enough." #prosoundeffects
