The school curriculum needs to be expanded to include financial life skills for school age students. With cash becoming rare and digital transactions taking over, equipping kids with financial know how has never been more important. Our school curriculum needs to go beyond reading, writing and arithmetic and include financial literacy. We understand the challenge of an already crowded curriculum, but a deep knowledge of the economy and financial system shouldn’t only be for those who choose economics or business in senior school. #financialliteracy #financialwellness #education Alexander Hassall Mike Roberts Deborah B. We talked about how the curriculum for Financial Education currently does not provide teachers with enough detail – it should spell out exactly which topics teachers should cover.
