▶️ Entrepreneur ▶️ Recreational Outdoor Activity Consultant ▶️ Entry Market Advisor for fashion and tourism sectors in Cambodia 📈10+ years' experience in sustainable and ethical initiatives
As a Recreational Outdoor Activities consultant, I am often asked: “How do you create impressive adventures in the middle of nowhere?” Well, I explore a lot. And exploration is more than just stepping into the unknown; it's a meticulously orchestrated journey that starts long before I set foot outside 🗺️ 1️⃣ 50% of the exploration happens right at my office desk. It's where I dive into maps, decode weather forecasts, and craft detailed schedules. 2️⃣ Once out in the field, I carry with me not just a map but a vision. I know precisely where I'm headed, what challenges and wonders lie ahead, and I stick to my exploration schedule with unwavering dedication. 3️⃣ An immersive tour is more than a checklist of places, it is an adventurous succession of points of interest. The recreational potential of an explored area is based on the level of immersion of each point and how you articulate them. You own a land and/or a concession title in a beautiful nature? 📫 DM to discover the potential of your land

Don’t make these mistakes...🤿💦 1️⃣ Not mastering buoyancy Before you even think about picking up a camera, focus on your buoyancy. 2️⃣ Not understanding how our eyes work underwater Marine life can appear up to 30% closer underwater than they actually are, but getting too close can scare away your subject. It’s about finding a balance. Approach slowly with your subject in frame, begin filming so if the marine life swims away while you are shooting you still have some footage. 3️⃣ Not respecting your surroundings Be aware of your surroundings, using a camera is no excuse to damaging the reef, if you are filming on a sandy bottom disturbing the sea floor will ruin the visibility. As well as risking reef or bottom dwelling creatures numbing something will ruin the fluidity of a video. 4️⃣ Not picking your background If your subject allows observe the surrounding before picking your angle and approaching. Open ocean can really make your subject pop, some subject can be lost if you are filming or shooting against busy background like a reef. Are there any we missed out? 🤔 Let us know! #mérida #merida #scubadiving #buceo

There are some things that photos or videos can't capture. For co-living operators, a property tour is an experience that is a must before diving into co-living... Seeing a property in person can spark ideas for renovations or improvements that might not be obvious otherwise. It’s our chance to evaluate the neighborhood, amenities, and overall vibe. It's our chance to envision the space and its potential Something that a photo or a video can't do. A property tour with an experienced person who has local knowledge and tips is essential to this journey. At Proptiply, members conduct open houses to make sure we get this experience first-hand.
