Her informative talk on "State-Dependent Modulation of Odor Valance and Social Behavior via the Main Olfactory Pathway" was followed by an engaging discussions and new insights. 🔬 𝗛𝗶𝗴𝗵𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗹𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗱: 𝗖𝗵𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗦𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗕𝗲𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗶𝗼𝗿: Specific olfactory receptors in mice detect chemicals that influence their attraction or repulsion towards others, depending on their social or hormonal states.
