Dr. Goh and Savannah facilitated clinical masterclasses and hands-on exercises, observed sessions with clients, and connected with teammates to discuss our whole-child approach to care. Congratulations to Dr. Yamini Jagannath Howe, MD, FAAP, a developmental-behavioral pediatrician and site medical director at Cortica Burlington, who was selected to present at the recent Case Management Society of America 2024 Annual Conference. In their presentation, Dr. Howe and her co-presenter, Jill Pineda, PhD, explored topics including Autism Spectrum Disorder diagnostic criteria, the co-occurring medical and psychological issues that are associated with autism, medical and mental-health treatment options, and the future of autism care. We applaud Dr. Howe for her continued commitment to educating other professionals in the field using a neurodiversity-affirming perspective!
