If it wasn't for my Trauma I would've never been motivated to learn and grow. It is because of this pain that I discovered who I really am, my purpose, my highest values. Pain is the Master Teacher of Life. But we must search for the answers within it's lessons or we will always remain stuck. ❤️ #mentalhealth #traumahealing #healing #coaching
The question most often asked is “how?” For those who’ve struggled with trauma this can often be a daunting experience because there is no sense of life without trauma, so therefore no roadmap. I personally struggled for decades until I pulled the pieces together to understand however to liberate myself from trauma. Now I offer a direct pathway for the people I see in my clinical practice. Once we understand how the subconscious patterns of trauma are laid down, and the ways trauma responses serve to protect, a new template can be created to rewire the subconscious mind and calm the nervous system.

1wVery inspirational! I agree with you, without the trauma I would never have been in college trying to be a psychologist. It's a calling and you are making a difference and reaching people who need someone who understands the pain.. Recovery is self-discovery and I notice my mom is really hurtful watching me living free because in my twenties she was like Gypsy Roses mom and telling my Aunt that my daughter and I were messed up and she didn't want me to get better. I didn't know what a narcissist was then but my therapist kicked her out of family therapy because my mom was the root cause of everything.. But my dad was supportive and my daughter was the first grandchild so she got the royal treatment. I also saw when I started drawing my dad's social security she filed. I was eligible because I was disabled and I really think my mom's hatred intensified but she would deny it. Pain is the teacher who has to let you go through it so like you said we can help others and I'm grateful for social media to talk without hearing my community saying that is nobody's business and I understand they are living in bondage and I am a trigger because they don't have an outlet and they have been raised to not cry and let's eat a Sunday dinner at Big
