Todd Harbour, company co-founder and managing partner, is taking on the role of Chief Technology Officer to oversee the company’s newly-branded innovation incubator – The Forge. Harbour is joined by new team members Kim Kok, Vice President of Sales and Emerging Technology, and Michael Sass, Head of Data Engineering and Analytics. ICYMI: Core4ce was recently awarded a 5-year $90 million Other Transaction Authority Production contract from the Naval Information Warfare Center Atlantic to support its Cyber Security Service Provider operational environments. Under the contract, Core4ce will provide engineering, architecture and operations support to deliver full-scale CSSP services by NAVWAR to the Defense Department by leveraging a prototype solution developed in 2022. Last week, Core4ce Chief Scientist Dr. Curtis Arnold joined a panel discussion at the Potomac Officers Club 2024 Cyber Summit on the need for cultural change to move the #ZeroTrust journey forward. Arnold noted that zero trust is a next step in the long evolution of network security methods. Zero trust, he said, is a pivot to a data-centric approach, and as new technologies are folded in, it is important to make sure that users are properly trained on both technologies and this strategy shift.
