BID OR NO BID BASIC QUALIFICATION Do you know them? Do they know you? Have they seen your solution or know of your solution? Have you met or spoken to them? Is there a technical fit? Budget is it 10K – 100k – 500k - 1million? Who are the competitors? Who has a strong foothold in the market for the solution? What is the weighting quality/price and in public sector social value? Timescales to deliver what? Before putting pen to paper understand the basics.
