We conducted a polling report to better understand the challenges faced by family carers. 🔍 Our recent survey findings reveal valuable insights into perceptions regarding political parties' support for unpaid carers. According to the data, 41% of respondents believe that the Labour Party would offer the strongest support, followed by 11% for the Conservative Party, 6% for the Liberal Democrats, 4% for Reform UK, and 4% for the Green Party. That's how Coporate works. Corporations buy your services & make use of that service by combining other elements to it so that a beneficial thing can emerge. If I decide not to take money & instead pay the money for services in the company, at the same time the Company makes profit, I can see a gain anywhere ranging from 20% to 50% yearly for a segment of my investment. Slowly & steadily each month's salary can be used for buying other such services, thus my corpus for investment will grow & so the profit after same 5 years of service as a stakeholder of a small segment vs 5 years of simple corporate life will yield differently. Why do employees work in a Company? Because they find job security to begin with. It's easier to invest in a Company which is reliable & can provide security. So, the salary keeps reinvesting & remain with the Company & the returns through investment can again be reinvested. Thus, Company won't have to take too many loans which will prompt more investments from public through stock market etc which will increase the overall budget of companies. This is what I have thought to execute next for my employer in India because Alhamdulillah (All praise is for Allah), my investments in various sectors give me sufficient returns by which I can easily take care of myself & my future family. So, I would rather prefer to be minutely small investor in a Company if that justifies my assessment than to take regular salary & be like this dog always. It can have tax benefits as well. If I move to a foreign Country, then I will have to plan in an advanced way.

16-23 March is the UKIHCA #findyourhealthy week, but what does that mean to you? We all know what changes we should be making, but realistically are challenged to add them into our own busy routines. Rather than try to force everything in one hit, what one thing could you do? Some examples of little things i've added since starting my Health Coaching journey last June: >Put my multivitamins beside my toothbrush so I don't forget to take them. >If I really can't get away from my desk, stop to do seated (thoracic) spine twists in my office chair, pelvic tilts, stretch arms above my head and spinal roll downs, as often as I can. >Learn one new recipe every 2 months - new family favourites! >Finally started going to that Yoga class once a week. Just one thing for you can make a huge difference! >Create a bedtime routine (mine is only 15-20mins); A cup of valerian and lavender tea, gentle stretching with deep breathing, from standing to seated to lying down. Sleep mist on my pillow. Ahhhh...zzzzZZZZ >Start my day with a teaspoon of supergreens powder mixed into some squash. >Switch to decaf tea/coffee after lunchtime. >Try to get outside, even if it's a quick lap of your work building, invite a work colleague. You'll be surprised how many others want to find their healthy too, and it's much easier together!
