We’re pleased to announce that we’re now accepting iVals (AVMs) and desktop valuations on Prime and Near Prime loans, plus we’ll cover the cost - subject to valuation criteria. iVals (AVMs) are reports that use market trends and similar properties which have been recently sold in the area without a physical inspection (as defined by Valocity). Select Home Loans now accepts and will cover the cost of iVals on Prime and Near Prime Loans with LVR up to 75%. Desktop valuations are conducted by a registered valuer without physical inspection of the property. Modelled data is used similarly to an iVal, but is subject to additional overlay by a registered valuer.
