On Friday, we had the pleasure of hosting a group of companies at our PwC office in Amsterdam for the 2nd Supply Chain Resilience simulation challenge. We jointly dived into the key elements of supply chain resilience: anticipate, respond, adapt. - explore the latest models and tools for prediction, simulation and optimization - reduce complexity to reduce risk exposure - and, very importantly, work as a team to manage the disruption It was fascinating to observe the distinct approaches each team took in addressing the challenges presented, highlighting the importance of collaboration and adaptability in times of crisis.
