Have a listen to this enlightening interview with Simon Farnsworth from Life Science REIT, the owners of Oxford Technology Park. In this discussion with QuotedData, Simon delves into the evolving landscape of real estate supporting life sciences and the need for adaptable spaces to accommodate diverse uses. As the industry shifts towards what is now termed "Deep Biotech," encompassing cutting-edge technologies like AI, quantum computing, and modern biotech, the lines between tech and life sciences continue to merge. This convergence is evident with the increasing involvement of heavyweight tech investors in the life sciences sector. So, what does this mean for real estate? The clustering of these innovations within campuses has been a notable trend. However, the rapid pace of change underscores the pressing need for flexible spaces capable of accommodating various functions. From wet labs and write-up spaces to dry labs, data centers, and production facilities, real estate must adapt to support the evolving needs of occupiers. At Oxford Technology Park, we're committed to providing the dynamic spaces necessary to foster innovation and collaboration within the life sciences sector. For more information about the spaces available at Oxford Technology Park, take a look at our website 👇 https://lnkd.in/epawg6Gu #lifesciences #labspace #wetlabs #drylabs #productionfacilities

--The Racism-based Violence Injury & Prevention Lab examines racism, violence, and trauma among emerging adults 18 to 29 years of age from marginalized ethnic groups in the U.S.
We realize sometimes the best way to get an answer is to go right to the source and ask. In September, we'll take time to post some Q&As about our lab, research, and the roles within it. So ask away! We'll share posts so that everyone can learn together! #askmeanything #socialworklab #getcurious #getanswers

cool .... Our goal is to strengthen the ability of institutions – including but not limited to governments – and people to work more openly, collaboratively, effectively and legitimately to make better decisions and solve public problems. We believe that increased availability and use of data, new ways to leverage the capacity, intelligence, and expertise of people in the problem-solving process, combined with new advances in technology and science can transform governance. We approach each challenge and opportunity in an interdisciplinary, collaborative way, irrespective of the problem, sector, geography and level of government..... https://lnkd.in/eSmwCASX
