What didn’t come out well on this was the messaging. - What’s the value-prop here!? IMO; SafeBoda or ‘SafeCar’(or the people behind the ATL) should have focused on a clear CX approach in their messaging. Drive sentiment; make prospecting customers/commuters feel like they would want to use the car-hailing-app to take a trip (together) and spend time with family & friends during the holidays. Maybe even throw in a rate-reduced insentive.
