Includes 3rd party access to App Intents API - Personal context – Photos, calendar events, files, emails, links that have been shared that go into your on-device semantic-index - Writing tools – System-wide -> All native and 3rd party apps. -- Rewrite – Gives different versions of what you've written, choose the one you like best. Including tone (e.g., friendly, professional, concise) -- Proofread – Grammar, word choice, sentence structure with suggested edits. -- Summarize – Identify key points and add as TLDR write at the top. External models, ChatGPT – - All free with new OSs, devices - Announced partnership with OpenAI, Siri can tap into external models, including ChatGPT-4o. This includes integration with system-wide writing tools. You can ask questions of your photos, documents, etc. - 4o is free, paid subscribers will get additional paid feature integrations.
