🎉Micheline is one of our longest-serving employees, having just celebrated her 37th anniversary with Complete Care at Harrington Court!
Micheline chose this profession because most of her family is in healthcare, and she enjoys helping people. She ensures that all her residents are well taken care of and tries to brighten their days. Outside of work, Micheline loves to watch comedies, listen to reggae and kompa music, cook Caribbean food, and spend time with her family and friends.
She is an absolute asset to our facility and brings joy to our staff and residents. She is a pleasure to work with, and we wouldn't be the same without her.

My sister has been at Kimberly Hall North for a few months and has enjoyed her time there. She has dementia, but the staff there doesn't talk down to her; in fact, they joke and have fun with her. Each staff member, from janitorial to medical to administrative, has always been there for any questions and, more importantly, for my sister. Having someone in Long Term Care is made a little easier knowing that not only is your loved one where they need to be for their health and safety but also somewhere that you can feel good about leaving them in their care.
