Here are some ideas💡 ✅Hydrate: Drink an extra glass of water. ✅Move: Take a 10-minute walk outside. ✅Breathe: Spend 5 minutes doing deep breathing exercises. ✅Rest: Go to bed 15 minutes earlier than usual. ✅Reflect: Write down three things you're grateful for. ✅Stretch: Spend a few minutes stretching your muscles. ✅Unplug: Take a short break from screens to rest your eyes. ✅Connect: Reach out to a friend or family member for a quick chat. ✅Read: Spend 10 minutes reading something you enjoy.
