Looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist/Coordinator level professional? Give this a try 💡 A lot of businesses are on the search for Digital marketing specialists at this moment and not many of them are actively looking. Why? One of the reasons - they weren't affected by redundancies as much as mid-level or senior management. Hence, they are not actively applying for job ads. Firstly, let's dive into what the market is offering now. If you are looking for someone with strong 3-4 years of experience across 360 campaign management, the market is paying anywhere between $𝟖𝟓-$𝟏𝟎𝟎𝐤+𝐬𝐮𝐩𝐞𝐫. On top of that, candidates are looking for professional development and flexibility to work a few days from home. I'd also suggest naming the position Digital Marekting Specialist or Executive. If you want someone who has 1-2 years of working across marketing, the market is offering $𝟕𝟎𝐤-𝟖𝟎𝐤+𝐬𝐮𝐩𝐞𝐫 + all the above benefits. There are a lot of internationals who are applying for this level of role. It might be worth considering offering sponsorship to them. If you are a small business and not many people know you (yet), it's important to make your job ad stand out. When you post it, it's crucial to have a detailed list of responsibilities and the right title that will match them to attract the right candidates. I also highly recommend posting salary brackets on the job ad. Research shows that candidates are more inclined to apply for roles with salary levels. It goes without saying that reaching out to candidates proactively is crucial as well and it helps to undercover passive talent.
