Every week I get a few pitches for another AI/sales tech/GTM startup And I've developed a list of the questions I instantly ask to see if they're on the right track What are the inputs and outputs? If you're building target account lists, do you check NRR? If you use intent data, how do you check for account fit? If you're personalizing with AI, how do you capture business pain and relevance? If you're building a dialer, do you change phone numbers every 80 dials? (Shoutout to Rohan Suri on this) If you're building an email tool, how are you handling your IPs? If you're writing full emails, how do your emails compare to best in class SDRs? Why? Because from my POV these are all the fundamental questions which break each of these categories - so if you don't have an answer here you may be missing something big (Shoutout to Zach Wright for surprising me here!)
