This week marks my completion of enGen's 2-year Enterprise Technology Development Program. Over the course of these 2 years, this program has equip me with experiences and skills that will act as a foundational piece in my future. A huge thank you to my previous host managers, host teams, mentors, the ETDP program management, and fellow rotational associates for making this program what it was. I am incredibly grateful for the experiences and opportunities that this group of people were able to share. With that being said, I have accepted an Associate Strategy Analyst position with enGen's Transformation Strategy Team. Excited for the road ahead! If you are a college student looking for a position that will set the standard for your career and give you an inside look into all the moving pieces of healthcare, look no further than enGen and the greater Highmark Health Enterprise!
