Here’s a glimpse into what we covered: 🌟 Digitizing Whole Life Insurance: We are taking traditional whole life insurance policies and digitizing them, setting up secondary markets to increase liquidity and accessibility. 💡 Up-Only Asset: Our REIT-style token is truly unique in that it collects cash monthly and cannot fall in value. This stability makes it an ideal asset for DeFi lending, with potential to offer over 100% loan-to-value (LTV) ratios. 🔗 DeFi Lending Potential: Despite being a security that must be traded on Provenance with a 1-year lockup period, the DeFi applications are expansive. Even though the collateral can’t be sold in the first year, you can borrow against the asset, opening up possibilities for incredible financial strategies and looping. 💼 Secondary Markets and Liquidity: By digitizing whole life insurance policies, we’re not only increasing liquidity but also enabling secondary market transactions, enhancing the overall value proposition of these policies.
