Head of Engineering Requirements: - 5+ years of relevant, broad engineering experience, including 3+ years of people management experience - Proficient in the full Technical Stack, delivering quality code across both Frontend and Backend - Proven track record of leading, supporting, and growing a team of 10+ engineers across Frontend, Backend, Mobile Apps, and DevOps - Strong knowledge of NodeJS, Ruby on Rails (RoR), Next.js, React Native Web, JavaScript, and AWS CloudFormation/Python - Deep understanding of best engineering practices for all stages of the software development lifecycle - Additional Skills: Knowledge of Azure is a plus 2. Head of Finance Requirements: - Minimum 5 years of experience with a Proven track record in finance roles with progressive responsibility - Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and Accounting with Brevet A and B certificate - Experience in both Big 4 accounting firms and corporate setting environments - Knowledge of finance and tax compliance with an In-depth understanding of financial regulations and tax laws across Indonesia and Singapore - Demonstrated ability in managing cash flow and optimizing working capital - Excellent budgeting and financial forecasting skills - Experience Skilled in coordinating and managing external audits Does that sound like a match? Three years ago, we asked ourselves how to connect with our students in person while teaching exclusively online. Three years ago, we started Smartfest, a day on which our students and teachers meet one another and connect through musicals performed by teachers and fun games with their classmates. Smartfest is a hit with our students and parents, and this year, we will be hosting the event for the third time at BINUS University!
