I went R0GUE and am helping defy the status quo by building a better future, a Web3 future. Two years ago I was given the dream job to work at Parity Technologies, helping build enterprises into the amazing future of Web3 and Polkadot. The work was extremely fulfilling and allowed me to build on cutting-edge technology (sometimes too cutting-edge 😉). I loved it, and I thought finding a better job would be hard. But then Parity had to go through a shift, a shift that in the moment was hard. With the knowledge that I was being decentralized in just a few months, there was an immediate need to figure something out. Polkadot is amazing, and I knew I had to keep working for it and its ecosystem. So, at the side of an amazing team, we went R0GUE and created a company where we solve the hard problems, even if the solutions are not the easiest or go against the status quo. R0GUE is helping make Web3 a part of everyday life. R0GUE has been an official company for just two months, and I am already more challenged, more fulfilled, and am motivated everyday by the R0GUE team and incredible technology we are building. With hindsight, Parity’s decentralization placed me into a more difficult position, but a position that I love even more. A position with the freedom to innovate. Parity was the dream job, but turns out dreaming higher can introduce even better opportunities. This undertaking starts with Pop, the platform for Polkadot that makes development simple, quick, and powerful. Enabling developers to create extraordinary decentralized applications with ease. Pop is just the start. Do you want to be brought into the future? Feel free to reach out with questions, or join the awesome Pop community at t.me/Pop_Network.

Thrilled to unveil "Apocalypse," a game developed utilizing OpenGL with C++, a collaborative effort completed during our Semester 7 Graphics Project. This game is a testament to our dedication and hard work, featuring two engaging levels that challenge players in unique and immersive post-apocalyptic worlds. Level One immerses players in a zombie apocalypse scenario, demanding strategy, agility, and precision to collect brain-tokens, neutralize zombies, and secure safe passage to your haven—all before nightfall. Success hinges on gathering a designated number of tokens and reaching the sanctuary of the house. Level Two escalates the challenge, introducing an alien apocalypse where players must evade extraterrestrial threats. Collecting star-tokens, combating alien forces, and navigating to the spaceship for escape, all before dark prevails encapsulates this thrilling experience. This project holds a special place in my heart, providing an incredible opportunity to refine my skills in game development, from intricate Blender animations to the integration of unique sound effects, some of which were of our own creation! The journey from concept to completion has been exceptionally rewarding. A heartfelt appreciation goes out to my extraordinary teammates, Hazem Abdelghany , Aya Abdelaal and Mohamed Salah for their invaluable contributions and relentless commitment. Our collective creativity and technical prowess brought "Apocalypse" from vision to reality, illustrating the power of collaboration in achieving remarkable outcomes. Navigate to the link below to see Apocalypse in Action! Feel free to even download the file and run it yourself. #GameDevelopment #OpenGL #C++ #ComputerGraphics #Teamwork #Innovation #ProjectShowcase

Imagine a world where your computer screen is a cosmic dance floor 🕺🌌, and the star of the show is none other than a groovy gradient globe we’ll call Gary 🌐. Gary the Gradient Globe is no ordinary circle; he’s a disco diva with a flair for the dramatic, twirling tirelessly 🌀 to the beat of his own 20-second drum 🥁. With every move of your mouse, Gary glides across the screen with the grace of a hoverboard-riding hamster 🐹, leaving a trail of blur like a superstar’s fog machine 🌫️. How to assemble a visual media player in an hour? Vadim Chekirka, CEO of Avgator Inc. about AV Studio Could you explain why you named your main intellectual product AV Studio? Does this mean that there is room for creativity within this studio? Vadim Chekirka: In AV Studio, you can easily unleash your creativity. We provide programmers with a toolkit for creativity so they can create anything they want. To date, hundreds of programmers have created dozens of their projects. Based on the results they send us, we are pleasantly surprised by the creative outcomes achieved by AV programmers and how creative they can be. Here's a good example. Despite having video widgets and ready-made media players in AV Studio, I know of several cases where programmers preferred to assemble them themselves using our application. And they did it in just a few hours. Now, that's really cool! No programmer, using "ordinary" HTML5, can assemble a visual media player in an hour. And that's just one example.
