“There is nothing so useless as doing efficiently that which should not be done at all.” Peter Drucker Juggling multiple projects is no small feat. With numerous stakeholders, different contractors, and schedules colliding, it can feel like a constant hustle. Yet, in the midst of the busyness, the crucial question arises: Are you truly being productive? While prioritizing tasks is essential for getting things done, determining what doesn't need to be done may be even more critical. Wasting time on tasks that don't move the needle in the right direction is a luxury we can't afford. Often, we find ourselves investing significant time in small, non-urgent, and unimportant tasks. Our time is our most valuable asset, and managing it effectively is key to achieving our goals. Let's learn to distinguish between what truly matters and what's just taking up our time. #timemanagement #leadership #projectmanagement
