As I was watching the Super Bowl last night, a friend of mine was explaining how Taylor Swift was the best recording artist of the last 10 years. I disagreed. I think Taylor is a solid recording artist, but what makes her the star she is, is the marketing behind her. Taylor has mastered the art of storytelling & uses it to create an unbreakable bond with her fan base which allows her to constantly sell out tours & top the charts year after year. There's tons of artists who sound just as good as her, if not better.. But they don't have the marketing engine behind them that Taylor does. It's the same for most businesses.. There's tons of businesses out there that are making Millions every year with inferior products to yours, yet they continue to win because they have their marketing dialed in. They know their numbers. They know what they can pay to acquire a customer.. And they continue to win, because their marketing is so dialed in. It doesn't matter if it's Facebook Ads, YouTube Ads, etc.. You need a marketing machine behind you to profitably grow. We put our marketing machine behind this client, and have been able to produce over $11.9 Million Dollars in Profit the past few years. When they came to us, they were struggling to really scale, because they didn't know their numbers. (30, 60, 90 Day LTV, CPAs, etc..) The video ads they were running lacked a 'Big Idea' and weren't really targeted at any 'Avatar' so it attracted people from all walks of life, which meant the sales team was talking to a bunch of broke people. Well when you're selling consulting programs from $10,000 - $85,000, you really need to make sure you have your avatar dialed in. We did our research and found 4 different avatars of people who made at least $250,000 a year & would be fits for this clients program. We then scripted 3 different ads for every single avatar and rolled them out. With these new ads their cost per qualified call went from over $450 down to $130, because we pinpointed exactly who would be the best fit for them and called them out. Which then led to us consistently getting 3-4x ROAS on their ads for years. Dial in your marketing machine and win.
