Clayco is pleased to announce our Chief Growth Officer, Michael Fassnacht, has embarked on a personal initiative to help guide the next generation of professionals. His project "Beyond the Status Quo - 50 Career Insights for Gen Z and Millennials" aims to help younger generations navigate interactions in the professional world, to make thoughtful, conscious, and intentional decisions, and get beyond the status quo of being lonely and sometimes even confused in the workplace. Our Clayco team on the AESC jobsite in Florence, South Carolina joined together to sign the beam before the Topping Out ceremony! When complete, this new battery plant will provide state-of-the-art battery cells for the next generation of electric vehicle models. The advanced battery format will result in 20% more energy density, reduced charging time, and increased range and efficiency for electric vehicles by 30%. As a Mobile Workforce, Clayco is committed to VPP Star level of Safety Excellence for every project we are working on in Wyoming. The VPP Cowboy Star is Wyoming OSHA’s highest level of recognition for effective safety and health management systems that keep injury rates below the Bureau of Labor Statistics’ industry averages. Members of Clayco's Black Resource Group (BRG) volunteered at the Annual 314BlackWallStreet festival in Wellston, Missouri this weekend! This annual event was founded by Young Voices With Action, a 2024 Juneteenth Fund grant recipient. It is BRG's goal to continue working with the beneficiaries throughout the year and assist in their efforts to grow their surrounding community.

Clayco's Kevin McKenna was honored to accept the Civic Federation's "Addams-Palmer Award" at their 2024 Annual Civic Awards ceremony in Chicago! This award is given each year in recognition of outstanding civic participation by a Chicago Institution. Clayco is proud to receive this recognition and of the impact our #BeyondTheseWalls culture has had on Chicago.
