Yesterday I got asked: "Claudio, what is your "number one" secret to succeed in LeadGen"... โžก ๐’๐จ ๐ˆ ๐ญ๐ก๐จ๐ฎ๐ ๐ก๐ญ ๐š ๐›๐ข๐ญ ๐š๐›๐จ๐ฎ๐ญ ๐ข๐ญ ๐š๐ง๐ ๐๐ž๐œ๐ข๐๐ž๐ ๐ญ๐จ ๐ฉ๐จ๐ฌ๐ญ ๐ญ๐ก๐ž ๐š๐ง๐ฌ๐ฐ๐ž๐ซ ๐ก๐ž๐ซ๐ž.. The number one secret to succeed in lead gen is: ๐‚๐จ๐ง๐ฌ๐ข๐ฌ๐ญ๐ž๐ง๐ญ ๐š๐œ๐ญ๐ข๐ฏ๐ข๐ญ๐ฒ ๐š๐ง๐ ๐ž๐Ÿ๐Ÿ๐จ๐ซ๐ญ (yes, it's this plain and simple). The nature of almost every single LeadGen business is that the percentage of prospects who convert into paying customers is typically low and in order to achieve consistent sales, you need a steady flow of potential customers (lead pipeline). Only by constantly making these new cold calls, by sending numerous emails and private messages daily, by attending as many meetings as possible, while following up constantly, we build the essential activities that increase the chances of success. โœ… I personally had to text and call roughly 50.000 to 100.000 people just to finally convert a low 4 digit number of customers.. Success in lead gen has a formula: Success = Hard work (Preparedness X Opportunity) Here is how that breaks down: Hard work = Calls + emails + Social selling Preparedness: Self-learning + training + Coaching Opportunity: Luck + Timing + Mindset (Open/closed) Hard work proceeds the others You put the hard work in to get prepared You get prepared for WHEN there is an opportunity Many folks want to skip the hard work And go right to the opportunity That is not how success works, unfortunately

I personally have reframed the word sacrifice into the price to be paid for being worth and deserving the succes I have self defined. I used to use the word sacrifice until I realised that it has a subconscious down pulling effect on me. Now when I see it written somewhere or accidently use it self, I immediately associate it to willingness to do the work required for something that serves me.
